Returns:

 

While we hope you love your Loving Expressions order, we do gladly accept returns.  Please note that to start the return process, you need to contact me within 14 days of receiving your product.  To complete a return process and receive your refund, all items will need to be returned for to Loving Expressions within 30 days at the cost of the buyer.  The cost of shipping will not be refunded. 

 

The following items can not be returned:

 

• Earrings/pierced items:  due to hygienic reasons, earrings are final sale. 

• Custom/personalized orders:  As your order was created for you, it is a final sale.

• Gift Cards are final sale.

• Clearance and Sale items are final sale

WARRANTY:

Loving Expressions stands behind our products.  We are happy to repair or exchange any product that has materiel defects within 60 days of receiving your product.  This does not include normal wear and tear, exposure to chemicals or water, abuse or act-of-pet.  Proof of purchase and photo’s of the defective item will be required so it is suggested you have these ready when you contact us.

 

Loving Expressions is not responsible for items that are lost, late or damaged during shipping.
